Step Locating Pins

Our step locating pins are integrally cold forged without secondary splicing, ensuring solid structural performance and tight dimensional tolerances. The integrated limiting ring delivers accurate spacing during assembly to prevent positional deviation.

Polishing and zinc plating treatments are applied on the surface to strengthen rust protection and lower assembly friction. We support non-standard customization based on client drawings or samples, covering shaft diameter, overall length and stop ring placement. Each pin will be inspected for coaxiality and surface flaws before delivery, meeting high-precision positioning demands of injection molds, automated machinery and electronic hardware assemblies.
